Moses is third generation to own and operate in home improvements and remodeling.

Mr. Merrell began his apprenticeship with his father and grandfather at an early age. The experience that comes from passing knowledge generation to generation is priceless.  That experience created a passion for bringing quality workmanship to every project.  Trade school and college experience along with practical life experience of more than 20 years, means that your project is in good hands.

Jacqueline, partnered with husband, Moses in 2008 to help and continue to grow Merrell Building.  She brings experience in Office Administration and Sales striving to increase productivity flow between staff and customer. With the goal to provide a professional renovation experience with a real focus on customer satisfaction - moving beyond just reacting to problems and toward anticipating customers' problems.

Maureen Copeland has worked as an architect and designer for the past 24 years on both residential and commercial projects.  She has a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and is a licensed architect in the state of Maryland.  Her focus for the past seven years has been on a variety of residential project types, consisting of new home designs, garages, home additions, and remodels.  Maureen's experience with all phases of a project, from preliminary planning through construction, helps assure that projects run smoothly.  For the past few years, she has been a part of the Merrell Building Enterprise team on a variety of residential projects.

Since joining our team in 2005, Shawn has developed a deep understanding of the home improvement industry and its challenges and rewards. His exceptional skills and attention to detail make him a valuable asset on every project, and his patience ensures that each task is completed successfully. But Shawn knows that communication is key, and he works hard to keep our clients informed every step of the way. By keeping everyone on the same page, the project runs smoothly, and the final outcome is always a happy one. At the end of the day, Shawn finds great satisfaction in helping homeowners create their dream home.

Logan Merrell, son of owner, Moses Merrell, is 4th generation learning the trade. He aspires to one day, not just fill his father's role but exceed it, and cannot remember a time he did not want to be a part of the family business. Having worked throughout the summers while in high school, he is now full-time and well on his way to accomplishing that goal as an accomplished helper and skilled painter.
